BEAM is an Ayrshire based social enterprise and community interest company with a passion for inspiring positive change.

We provide specialist education, mentoring and digital training programmes that encourage people to look for and make the most of new opportunity.

BEAM values independence, the power of education and positive community contribution. We believe everyone has what they need to live a happy, successful and fulfilling life – all they need is confidence, the right core skills and great support.

Our work is not traditional. We don’t do standard employability or IT courses. BEAM and BEAMing people go beyond that.

We use education and personal development techniques to help people build on their latent talent and ability and create the confidence and skills they need to help themselves – and others – through work, adult education, voluntary and wider community life.
